Lanco Kondapalli
Power Limited

Lanco Kondapalli Power Limited is a gas-based combined-cycle power plant situated in the Kondapalli
Industrial Development Area near Vijayawada, within Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, and is owned and
operated by Radha Group.

The facility delivers an installed capacity of 366 MW and features an advanced 9FA gas turbine
manufactured by GE. Commercial operations at the plant commenced on January 9, 2016.

The plant functions as a dynamic merchant power facility, supplying electricity through short-term power
sale arrangements with NVVN and NTPC.

It actively participates in meeting peak energy requirements through the Term Ahead Market. The facility
has also successfully supplied electricity under Section 11 directions issued by the Ministry of Power,
Government of India, supporting peak energy demand and overall electrical system stability.

Power Purchase Agreement negotiations with distribution companies are currently moving forward.
